Design activities and revisions of electric equipment are implemented by the Company's team of technicians and specialists. Our Company also cooperates with reputable design offices.

Depending on the requirements, construction contracts for some works are subject to FIDIC general contractual conditions that represent the system of standard provisions, rules and procedures used during building construction works. These contractual conditions are used for the international construction market, as well as during implementation of works in Slovakia funded by the European Union or from private sources.

ELZA, a.s. carried out and still implements some construction works on the basis of FIDIC rules:

• Contractual conditions for construction – building and engineering works designed by the customer (Red Book 1999);
• Contractual conditions for technological equipment and design – implementation (Yellow Book1999).
